Loved our room being on the main floor. The room was so great and the black out curtai s worked really well. Agnes...the owner.....was extremely helpfhl in many ways. We appreciated the many .title things she helped us with. The room was a good size with chairs to relax in. Everything was quite good. She also recommended an ex ellent restaurant

Great location, easy walking distance to town centre but in a quiet spot with private onsite parking. Beautifully presented, clean & comfortable and exceptional value for money. The pictures don’t do it justice. Agnes was a wonderful host, there when we needed her and we loved having a chat about her house and the local sights. We went to the Drumtochty Highland games and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day!

Agnes was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable and our breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again

Amazing stay we had with Agnes such a lovely lady made me and my nan feel so welcome. The hospitality was so nice, lovely clean room, had everything you needed! Breakfast was 10/10 can’t recommend staying here enough, would definitely stay again in the future and look forward to it
