Nice owner. Loads of space. Next to city center

We had our own lounge and entrance. The room had a dining table set up if you wanted to order a takeout. Very comfortable water bed in the en-suite bedroom.

Location was great, Paul was a wonderful host, water bed was a surprise!! We really appreciated having our own little lounge to eat and spend time, and the exceptionally warm welcome we received.

It was a little tricky to find initially, but Paul was waiting outside for us and saved us a parking space.

Great location,opposite a Lidl and facilities of the town. Nice garden.Private upstairs lounge with TV (extensive channels) Friendly and helpful host.

More extensive breakfast selection would be good ie fruit/croissant./cooked option.

Paul was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful garden surroundings. Catered for my dietary needs, buying gluten free bread, cake and porridge. We had two rooms available for just us. Bedroom with on suite bathroom and a separate lounge room. Everything we needed was in our lounge. Use of Netflix and wire fi. Water bed was great. Never slept in a water bed so was a bit of a laugh, till we got use to it. Plenty of pillows and towels available. Bath bombs available for the bath. Lovely thought. There was nothing we needed as Paul had thought of everything.

Great do-it-yourself breakfast. Good to have a separate sitting room.
