Location is fantastic and the rooms were exactly as pictured in the photos. I’m so glad that I got this deal last minute. The owner was very sweet and helpful the entire time. The breakfast was very grand. This place is a steal!

The foyer is shared between you and the owner, so you will hear her speaking with anyone that comes over, or if other guests leave their bags and come back to pick them up. However, I do appreciate her holding the bags for longer. It allowed me to visit the museums before I had to catch my train.

Very good host; flexible for the time of arrival and to let the lugages for a few hours after the check out time. The breakfast was hearty, complemented by a personal touch from the host with their homemade cookies. Room and bathroom very clean! :) I strongly recommend this B&B.

I could not open the window to freshen the air of the room and since I arrived late at night, I did not get the chance to ask if this was normal...

Beautiful, elegant place very close to the city center, old town and port. There are two rooms, no kitchen but you can use microwave and kettle. The owner of the apartment is a lovely and very friendly lady, she gave us the info with recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. She also brings the breakfast to your room, it was delicious

Parking is available in car service across the street but I would not recommend it, if you want to use a car during your stay. Quite challenging to park in and out in a tiny space.

Everything! The apartment was lovely! spacious, clean, comfortable beds and had everything you needed . The breakfast was fantastic and delivered beautifully on trolly at a convenient time for us. The host Noccia is wonderful 😊 Google translate helps with the language barrier but any help needed ie taxis , directions etc she catered for . A 10 minute walk to the town and short taxi to the train station . I would recommend and go back again if travelling through Genoa 😊👌

The stairs only due to my fear of lifts. The lift works perfectly well and my children used it 👍

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great (but be prepared to climb some steps), and the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We also used the garage, as it's generally difficult to find parking spots in the city.

It helps if you speak a little Italian :) or you can use Google Translate to talk with the host.
