"Loveliest host, best value for money, and in the heart of Genoa"

Perfect host, perfect stay! Friendliest host ever with the loveliest, welcoming, and homely personality. The host had maps and attractions ready for us, translated to English. Breakfast was amazing with a vast variety of choices and great attention to detail. She went the extra mile for us in everything she did.

"Overall a great stay for what we paid."

Great location, clean and comfortable and a kind and considerate host. It felt safe and secure and we were kindly allowed to check in early. We had access to a second room which had a microwave and fridge which we appreciated.

The property is uphill and to get to the door you have to negotiate some steep stairs. It is also on the 4th floor and on arrival I had to carry my suitcases up the flights of stairs as the elevator is secured by a fob system. Perhaps if we had known and waited our host may have met us to allow us to use the elevator on arrival. This property would not suit those with mobility problems due to the hill and stairs which lead to the front door.
