Nice room. Bed ok, pillows very hard (but this is a personal view). Roberto was an excellent host. Gave us information on restaurants, any events and ordered a taxi for us. He also allowed us to store our luggage as we had a late flight. Breakfast adequate, coffee lovely. Very good location with 3 routes for walking to sights. Would return to Pisa and Villa Gini.

Struttura funzionale, letto comodissimo, doppio cuscino e uno pure Memory (top!), proprietario super disponibile, gentile e organizzatissimo (ci ha fornito una mappa su Google maps dei migliori ristoranti/pizzerie, un percorso per raggiungere a piedi la torre di Pisa e le scelte migliori per gelaterie, pizzerie e ristoranti, consigli per il parcheggio e molto altro

Di fatto nulla, la stanza a livello di arredamento è un po’ scarna, ma ciò non toglie niente al giudizio positivo, super consigliato

Lovely accomodation in a historic building. In a very good central location -20/25 minute walk from Pisa airport; 5-10 minute walk from Pisa train station; ~20 min walk to the leaning tower and duomo etc. Wonderful welcoming host and a good breakfast with fresh local produce.

Excellent value BnB. It’s simple but a perfect base for exploring the city. We stayed in the family room which was roomy and cool with the AC. Basic but just what we needed. 10-15 minutes from the station with cases and easy to find. 30minute stroll to the tower along the river - a beautiful way to soak up the city. Host Roberto was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Recommendations for local places to eat, a delicious continental breakfast in the morning with plenty of locally sourced produce. My son was unwell whilst we were there and Roberto couldn’t do enough for us - he made a stressful situation in a foreign country a little easier to manage. Grazie Mille Would recommend

I recently stayed at Villa Gini in Pisa and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is run by a kind and welcoming family who made me feel at home right away. They gave great recommendations for places to visit, which really improved my stay. The breakfast was good and fresh, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, the airport, and various shopping options. Overall, Villa Gini is a comfortable and friendly place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa.
