Roberto was an excellent host. Communication was very good and he organised an early check-in which was a real bonus. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Roberto recommended several restaurants in the area and was happy to order a taxi if one was needed. The apartment was very close to the station (and airport) and only a 10-15 minte walk to the major sites of Pisa.

It would have been nice to have had drinks in the room and a couple of chairs for relaxing. Nobody's fault but if in Room 5 beware of the mosquitoes; the room looks out onto a lush garden and I think when there are wet/damp conditions, there is a tendency for the little critters to move indoors!

Fantastiskt bemötande! Vi kände oss så välkomna och fick mycket bra information och tips på restauranger m.m. Perfekt läge nära både tågstation, flygplats och centrum. Allt på promenadavstånd. Underbar frukost som vi åt på matsalens balkong med utsikt över innergården. Sköna sängar och stort rum i en vacker byggnad med högt i tak. Toalett med dusch utanför rummet men fungerade utmärkt då vi alla hade ett eget privat badrum kopplat till respektive rum.
