"Lovely little hotel with charm and personalised service"

Wonderful little place with a good location. Roberto was the most attentive host and the breakfast was great with local products and freshly made coffee of your choice. I enjoyed sitting outside on the little terrace in the calm of the garden with palm and citrus trees. The house is old and has so much charm and athmosphere and the pictures online do not do it justice. Located in an area that is not touristed at all but within walking distance of the railway station and the city centre. Will definitely go there again!

Nothing, really. But if you like modern hotel chains with zero personality don't go to Vila Gini :-)

Great location. 20 mins walk into centre and 20 mins walk to airport. Very helpful and friendly owners. Big bedroom. Comfortable bed.

Separate bathroom was a little inconvenient but we knew that in advance. It would not put us off going back again.

В переписке хозяин был очень вежливый и отзывчивый.

Ночевали в этом отеле одну ночь и слава богу что одну. Практически все достоинства отеля которые написаны на букинге - ложь. Первый обман - наличие паркинга, пусть даже за отдельную плату. Его нет. Улица, на которой расположен отель имеет ограниченное движение в определенные часы, так как рядом находится школа. Уличный паркинг забит абсолютно полностью и вы не имеете никакого шанса не то, чтобы припарковать машину, а просто доставить свои вещи в отель.Обман номер два: вместо полноценного номера в гостинице вы получаете одну из трёх комнат на этаже с неудобными кроватями и практически отсутствием мебели. Но главный сюрприз вас ждёт впереди😉 -Обман номер три: вместо обещанной privat bathroom, вас на этаже ожидают две bathrooms общего пользования😡. В этих так называемых privat bathrooms отсутствует главное, что обеспечивает вашу приватность - ключ или какая-либо защёлка (!!!). Представьте ваше состояние когда вы пользуетесь bathroom по назначению💩, а любой из гостей легко может в нее зайти! Не рекомендую.
