Villa Gini

Roberto the host was very kind. They’ve made a fantastic breakfast with a nice atmosphere. Rooms were good and practical. Villa Gini is very well located. Its a near walk to the central station. I absolutly recommend to choose Villa Gini if you come Pisa :)

Just a little bit noisy in the night ( cars) but ist not a big problem, and perhaps was just only our rooms problem which faces on the street.

Roberto is an incredible host. Before we even arrived he sent us a map showing us how to get to the leaning tower & where best to eat & it showed places for us to visit. Our room was incredible, it was huge & the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was a great size too. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, all local produce was used & Roberto told us about each one before we ate, I recommend the breakfast. There is a lovely garden where you can sit outside. You get a code to enter the building & your own key for your bedroom. It is near everything you need, restaurants are close, there is a lovely square at the bottom of the street, the river is only a few streets away. The airport is walkable in 20 minutes & the train station is about 10 minutes walk. I highly recommend you stay here, when I return to Pisa I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing! It was honestly perfect for us & couldn't have been more delighted with all of it.

Roberto was extremely friendly and helpful prior to and during our visit. He sent useful maps and recommendations and was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommended!

Nice place, big room and location!

Our room was not as beautiful as the rest.

The period location was fantastic as was Roberto. The central location was perfect to allow walking to every attraction.

Unfortunately it rained for the year the day before we arrived so the city’s water table was affected so a bad smell arround. Nobodies fault just unfortunate.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, great shower, friendly host. English spoken.

Destacaría el trato muy amable de Roberto que nos dió respuesta a algunas dudas que teníamos antes de la llegada y nos permitió dejar el equipaje al día siguiente en la Villa sin ningún problema. Otro punto muy bueno fue la comodidad de las camas en la habitación en la que estuvimos alojados. Las camas y los colchones se notaba que eran relativamente nuevos y lo agradecímos mucho porque nos ayudó a descansar profundamente. Tambien la ropa de cama y las almohadas eran nuevas. El desayuno estaba cuidado y con una buena variedad considrando que se trata de un alojamiento de 4 habitaciones. La villa es una antigua casa señorial de Pisa en la que han mantenido la esencia de lo antiguo (por ejemplo los suelos originales de terrazo) con la comodidad de las camas nuevas y los cuartos de baño renovados. La ubicación cercana a la estación de tren de Pisa.

Bueno, la ubicación del baño privado fuera del dormitorio es el pequeño inconveniente de este alojamiento. Sin embargo al tratarse de solo 4 dormitorios, al final no fue demasiado mal y funcionó bien con los niños. Los dormitorios para 2 personas sí que tenían los baños en la habitación, pero nosotros eramos cuatro.
