Lovely place, staff were amazing and couldn't help enough. Breakfast was the best I've ever had. A comfy bed and clean bedding, towels were immaculate. We had a wedding to attend at Rise Hall, only 10 minutes up the road so great location.

The only thing I can comment on is the cup and saucer was not washed fully. I know pot washer machines are not the best for clearing coffee stains. But after a long drive and in need of a cuppa tea, I had to re wash the cups.

Lovely 2 night stay in a welcoming and friendly pub/restaurant/BnB. Location was great for us as we were attending a wedding nearby. The area is lovely and only 25 minutes to Hull. Plenty of other little villages around with pubs/restaurants too. We didnt eat here as we were on the move a lot during our stay but we did notice it was very popular and busy for food so booking a table prior is probably a good idea and also a sign of good food! Service all round was good from when we arrived till we left all staff were lovely and efficient. Definitely good value for money, room was clean and great had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we visited the area again.

Loved the little rooftop balcony that was amazing! Great location and absolutely incredible food! Good value for money fabulous staff! Beautiful views! Clean and nice!

The walls are like paper so if you mind noise it will be a problem! We were ok with it but it was quite loud, the bed was ok but not the comfiest we have slept in :) everything else was great!

Great location, lovely pub with delicious food. Staff were very helpful, got extra towels, answered any questions, got extra towels when we needed. Bathroom was small but didnt bother us. Room was clean and great value, we had a huge balcony to sit out on. Spacious car park. Really friendly atmosphere. The pub did get busy in the evening so perhaps would need to book a table at busier times but both nights we managed to get a table. Portion sizes were big and food was all homemade, breakfast not included but would highly recommend, especially the breakfast burger. Separate entrance for the rooms which was nice but can also get to rooms from the pub. Lovely view from the rooms. Really couldn't fault it!
