No breakfast due to being shut on Monday - not told when booking. Kettle too big to fit under tap. Hairdryer intermittent. Observations not criticism.

I arrived with my dog benji as a single female traveller, and couldn't have been made to feel more comfortable. The staff were fabulous, so friendly. The food was fantastic,the restaurant was very busy with locals. Which for me is a good sign. The breakfast was a steal for a tenner ! The room was excellent with amazing countryside views. I slept better here than in my own bed at home ! Thank you for hosting us... amazing 👏 Could easily charge more for the room .

The service is second to none and the location is peaceful and beautiful. It's so peaceful that you can lay in bed and there's no noise to disturb you, dad always has an excellent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were amazing from my first contact, upon arrival, during stay and at breakfast. Such friendly, helpful and accommodating staff - each one of them. Would stay again. Thank you.
