This is a relaxing place to stay with beautiful ocean views. I was travelling solo and Caragh and Simon went above and beyond to make my stay and overall Sark experience incredible. They were very happy to give tips on food venues, sights and help me organise the activities I wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Spacious and well equipped

Caragh warmly welcomed us and we instantly felt at home in this gorgeous B&B, our room (3) was perfect for our small family. This B&B has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We swam in the warm pool, relaxed with a wine in the lounge room and a short stroll for dinner at Hugo’s. In the morning we watched the sunrise and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and hot coffee before heading off to Little Sark. I almost forgot to mention the chocolates - we tried several flavors, all were so delicious, what a lovely bonus feature of this home!

Nothing this accommodation is perfect

We had a great stay at this place. House itself is great and has all the necessary amenities. We rented all three rooms for our group, so we had the whole house for ourselves which was amazing. Hosts are a lovely couple, were very helpful and gave us good advices. Everything was very clean and in a great condition. Breakfast was served and we had coffee, fruits, bread, jams and cereals. There s a swimming pool too (which was a little cold unfortunately to stay long in). Location is great, beautiful views, absolutely stunning sunsets and sunrises. bare in mind you need to walk for 20 minutes if you need to get to town center. We had a very good time at old forge and can definitely recommend it

Nothing major. We realized that it is not possible to use a stove, owners said they do not turn it on for short stay like ours. That was a bit disappointing as we wanted to have a dinner at home. However there is a small selection of restaurants available in 20 minutes walk, if you book in advance : ) Wooden floors throughout and wooden structure is amazing, but if you stay in a room downstairs, better have earplugs or try to wake up earlier than others 😅

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille à the ils forge. Beaucoup de charme, très belle décoration, la cuisine rien que pour nous le matin comme à la maison, la vue exceptionnelle. C’était magnifique !
