Bellissima dimora d'epoca nel cuore di Lucca, gli ambienti mantengono l'originale fascino storico pur disponendo di tutte le comodità.

Abbiamo purtroppo avuto una cattiva esperienza con i bagni in comune, dovuta tuttavia ad un probabile malore di un altro ospite e non all'incuria della proprietà.

Bellissimo appartamento d'epoca in centro, arredato con ottimo gusto. Stanze ampie e letti confortevoli. Vista sui tetti e le torri della città. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Tutto bene. Suggerisco solo di parcheggiare la macchina subito fuori dalle mura perché il centro è off limits per i non residenti H24.

The worst place I have ever seen in my life

We arrived and left within 20 minutes because the conditions were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, with towels thrown all over the floor, and it was impossible to stay there. We were forced to find another place in the middle of the night.

Reserve desde México con un mes de antelación y ya se habia hecho el cobro y ayer cuando iba a hospedar me cancelaron de la nada sin avisarme.no lo recomiendo.

No respetan tu reserva y no te avisan.

La gentilezza del proprietario

Simple but very central rooms to explore Lucca and enjoy the evening restaurants and bars. Super clean and with cute details, they offer rooms with two or three shared bathrooms, a kitchen, common dining room and a little terrace with a nice view. The night I stayed here was very cold outside, but they left the heat on and was super cozy inside! Good price for a central place in Lucca.

The 5pm check in is very inconvenient, specially if you don´t want to just leave your bag on the living room floor - it is the most late check-in I have ever seem. It could be 2-3 hours earlier and would be perfect. Another improvement that would make a big difference would be to have more attention on the supplies they say are offered for the guests - there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, very few tea bags, all the coffee area set up looked uncared - which was the opposite of the rooms and bathrooms, that where all very nice and cared for. This details on the coffee area need just a little care to be decent and make a big difference.
