Haven House Rooms, Barry

This property is clean and comfortable. The room was pleasant. Accessing the property was reasonably straightforward. It is in a good location for easy access to Barry town centre. It was also nice to have WiFi access. Parking was not a problem.

The big problem for us was that in the room that we were in we could hear a constant loud droning type noise all night long - that we presumed was to do with some kind of generator, boiler or electrical system? Whatever it was, it disturbed our sleep.

Lovely room, very clean and comfortable bed. Parking on the road just around the corner was convenient. Owners were helpful with supplying an iron for us to use.

The road was very noisy, hadn’t realised it was a main road there and there was heavy traffic from about 6am onwards. Unfortunately we had to leave the windows open as well with the insane heatwave during our stay, not the owners fault obviously just not ideal!

Everything that was offered was true. Pictures didn't lie or deceive. I got exactly what I expected, brilliant.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the place.

Absolutely spotless. Good location.

Overall everything was good , the cleaning, the privacy and host.

1 bathroom to be shared with other house holders

Hosts were accommodating for us. Room was very clean & comfortable.

Nothing really.

Everything was good , my only improvement would be to add a long mirror . Thanks
