We had an amazing time at the Swallows. Our hosts were lovely and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a nice private lounge available to use. Should not forget to mention the amazing breakfast cooked just for us. We will definitely be going back!

Everything was amazing, hosts went out of their way to accomodate, was very much home from home. Breakfast was outstanding every little detail was thought about. We will be back without a doubt.

"A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay which enhanced our visit to the area."

Breakfast wide choice, very tasty and nicely cooked. Service v efficient and friendly. Helpful advice when asked. V clean and comfortable room with thoughtful touches. Quiet and convenient location within easy walking distance of seafront, town centre, station and marina.

Very clean, comfortable. Ian and Tracy were superb hosts and the breakfasts were amazing. Close to both the beach and the town centre the b&b is perfectly situated.

"Relaxing stay in Exmouth"

Ian and Tracy were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.Ian even took the time to take us to Exmouth railway station, as it was pouring with rain. The breakfasts were excellent. The bed was comfortable and we had a good few nights sleep and lovely stay. We would definitely make a return visit.

The Swallows was a perfect choice for our stay in Exmouth. It was conveniently located to the beach and lots of restaurants . Breakfast was very good plus there were lots of choices. Ian was a wonderful host who was extremely helpful and accommodating . The room was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. I can thoroughly recommend staying at the Swallows when in Exmouth.
