The welcome and general assistance. friendliness, superb breakfast selection and all cooked items done to order. Quality of breakfast items was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

First of all the best hosts, so friendly and welcoming. B&B lovely and homely. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Gorgeous grounds. Great room with plentiful toiletries and tea, coffee biscuits etc. Bonus of an extra room with sofa, tv and fridge in it. Never had this before! Price of stay included breakfast each morning. So much choice of continental style and full freshly cooked breakfast. We had a parking space too, which although very tight to get into was a handy addition. Location to centre and seafront within walking distance.

Nothing we disliked. We would definitely stay again.

"I made the ideal choice for my trip."

I chose The Swallows due to it's proximity to the Pavilion theatre. Breakfast was very good and having my own little sitting room was a real luxury. Also Ian and Tracy's values regarding recycling and reusing towels matched my personal values.

Nothing really. The only reason for 9 instead of 10 is that the hot water takes a long time to come through which worried me due to waste. But I had been alerted to that in advance.
