So easy to communicate. Accepted a very late check in because of delays. Friendly. Welcoming. Clean. Tidy.

Breakfast was not included but always wonder how you claim to be a B & B which is bed and breakfast nonetheless I would recommend but just know no breakfast included. Not a deal breaker.
