S'incantu

Comfortable and host flexible with our late checkin time.

Would have liked an option to have breakfast included. The bathroom had a bit of a funny smell.

The room was clean, cozy, styled with traditional Sardinian features and simply beautiful, whilst also practical and well assorted. The room felt private enough and we felt safe. The staff was kind and helpful.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a little weak but this is truly the only 'flaw' we've found.

I liked the location between the airport and the downtown, and the options at our disposal. Melania was really gentle and available to any request. Recommended.

Beautifully presented. Clean and comfortable. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful place. Everything was clean and room was impressively well equipped - like, really really well equipped. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Last day I received the bowl of fruits from the garden. There are just so many small things that make the place great. Location is also very good, close to shops, 10 minutes to the airport, and easy to leave the city for a trip. Will definitely come back at some point.

I really like this cozy home. The owner made it sure that the guest would have everything they need. The room is always clean and got new towels everyday. She even gave me traditional Sardinian sweets and fruits which is really nice. Despite of the language barrier, she would communicate with me with everything. Thank you so much and can’t wait for my next visit :))

What a gem is S’Incantu. It is a little north of the main town, making it an excellent location to cycle around the coast. I had a very warm welcome from Barbara and was able to check in early. Thank you for this! Pierro has an amazing garden of desert planets and olive trees. The room was super: quiet, spotless, a lovely balcony and coffee, fridge and excellent wifi. I spent 2 nights, and cycled to La Magdelina Island, about 40 km north east. On return there was chocolate cake and fruit left for me . What a lovely surprise! The kitchen is modern with high quality utensils. I was so happy to cook for a change. I can’t recommend S’Incantu enough😄

We felt very welcomed by the family that runs this place. There were some lovely little touches, like a homemade dessert waiting for you, and the use of the kitchen, which was well stocked. It was not near the city center, but there were a few places to walk to.

I know it's not uncommon, but I feel that a 10am checkout is too early. 11am seems more reasonable.
