Villa Wantilan Putih

The checkin process/communication and ladies who looked after us during our stay where professional, caring and always ready to help. The Villa complex itself is like living in your own compound - quiet, stunning gardens, magical pool. Breakfast down at the beachfront from the team at Crema is simple (yet we always felt full!) and the staff always met us with a smile. The location is steps away from the beach and the main street of Sanur, with every possible convenience. This is not a hotel - this is not a private villa - this is a secret, magical space we cannot recommend highly enough!

It was always a pleasure to arrive back at the villas because the grounds were beautiful. Gorgeous ponds and luxurious lay out of the property. The location is excellent.

The room was clean, but tired. It needs to be renovated. The photos look great but .... 1. The toilet was open to the main room. But if you are happy for your partner to use the unventilated facility - all good 2. There was no fan in the toilet 3. The bathroom and sink arrangement is not great. The shower splashes the toilet. 4. The bed was hard, although we sleep quite well. 5. There were no cabinets by each side of the bed, but a chair and a small desk were provided. 6. There are no charging points. When asked for assistance, a makeshift arrangement was provided 7. The TV could not be viewed from the bed. 8. No chairs/desk/table in the room 9. WARNING. Danger to children in the pool. The suction at the top centre, on the back wall of the pool is not protected. It is very strong and caused strong bruising to my wife. It was only operating once that she noticed, but it is dangerous, and needs to be fixed. 10. Generally the floors, cabinets and general presentation of the room needs a major change to make is more useable. We will not return to the villas or recommend it to others because the rooms are not comfortable.

Everything was great. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was clean and refreshing, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect- a short walk to the beach and Main Street. We would stay here again!

Cleanliness not to my standards.

Nice location - very nice quiet at night, cannot hear no motors or night clubs. Good selection of restaurants and other activities available in a walking distance.

All is fine

Location - location - location - garden - room - swimming pool - ambience. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place I could live there for the rest of my life.

Perhaps the included breakfast could give two options of venue. The beach arrangement with Crema was ok, but it would be nice to be able to choose Cafe Smorgas as another option - for example for rainy days or when the weather is too hot to be outside.
