Stunning garden; comfortable room; delightful and efficient staff e.g. room was always cleaned while I was at breakfast)

A hassle to obtain breakfast vouchers each day. I would have preferred to receive all the vouchers at checkin rather than have to chase up each day.

Peaceful but near beach and shops

Option of breakfast at the villa would be nice

I'm a bit surprised the staff didn't know English much, so it took a while to communicate. But the staff are kind and helpful.

Wish the staff can speak in Englist better.

Slightly dated interiors

The villa was literally heavenly. The grounds were amazing-I did not want to leave the space! It was so peaceful with beautiful wildlife and gardens-so peaceful! I stayed at the top of the main house and the view of the grounds was a highlight. I was on my own so it didn’t matter that there was no toilet door. It I were in a couple or with a friend, that might be something I’d like to know. Doesn’t bother lots of ppl though.

Such a tranquil place to stay. We did not want to stay in a busy resort and this ticked all our boxes for a more authentic stay. The garden setting is so beautiful and the location is an easy walk to the waterfront or the local shops. We enjoyed Blend Cafe while we were there and hired bikes from just across the street to use on the waterfront. Very lovely staff.

no meals provided onsite, needed a short walk to the beach side cafe which was nice to eat breakfast on the beach everyday. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The upsides in main house room had three sides of windows which was great.

bathroom facilities not at the level of the rates being charged.

The villa gave you a voucher which you took to a cafe on the beach for breakfast. A short 2 min walk away. Great location, good options and a lovely breakfast. The villa was lovely. Although there were a few villa's on the property once you were in your villa it felt totally private. The grounds and whole property is gorgeous. Great facilities, very comfortable. The villa we were in was a nice mix of new modern and old style Balinese

Loved the place. It was a little expensive but you got what you paid for. Shared pool and lounge area but we enjoyed that
