nothing. i had no choice because i had already paid for it.

The room was far from what’s posted and shown in pictures. I had to ask for a replacement of my blanket because it was really stinky. Molds everywhere, the door in the bathroom is broken. There is TV but the remote control is cracked and broken.

Quiet and less touristy location

Dank, mouldy, small prison like room. Tv not working. Broken tv remote. When questioning staff about issues, staff did not speak English. Frustrating! Unfortunately we had booked 2 nights. On entering room the smell hit of mould. Never again appealing! And misleading!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and absolutely loved our little home on Gili Air, the location was great, the room had everything we needed, especially a very comfy bed. The owners were very friendly, helpful and always smiling, we loved staying here and for the price would definitely come back:) thank you!

Towels were not very clean. Door did not lock from the inside. Wifi was not working

Alles was top! Heerlijke kamer. Fijn bed. Zeker een goede douche! En locatie is top. Personeel is super vriendelijk en vroegen elke dag hoe alles was. Zeker een aanrader!

Soms deed de wifi het even niet. Maar werd snel weer opgelost.

Clean spacious rooms, good location, very friendly staff.

Hele slechte ervaring gehad met het personeel. Zou hier als solo reiziger niet naartoe gaan, tenzij je geintimideerd wil worden.

a internet é muito ruim, impossível trabalhar ou assistir vídeos. o lugar não tem cozinha ou geladeira, pedi para deixar alguns alimentos na geladeira do staff e a cozinha parecia um filme de terror, totalmente suja. o banheiro cheira mal. não vale a pena pelo dinheiro pago, há opções melhores pelo mesmo preço na ilha.
