Shower was very poor. Very low pressure. No need to have showers like that in the year 2026.

"Spoiled by the staff"

Location

Very rude attitude from the staff. Not polite at all. Our breakfast plates were removed from the table without even checking whether we had finished eating. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Customer service needs significant improvement.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Frühstück war gerade so in Ordnung. Uns sind die Stühle sofort weggeräumt worden, sobald wir kurz aufgestanden sind
