"Excellent"

Great location and only short walk into town. Good continental breakfast.

Room was a little small. They thought only one person was staying so maybe that is why we had a smaller room.

It was comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly.

We came on Bank Holiday weekend and didn’t realise that the town would be heaving for the rugby event. Our surrounding rooms were noisy but it didn’t spoil our stay and the host did her best to quieten them down! The breakfast was disappointing. Croissants would have been a nice addition rather than cold meats and burger cheese.

"Will not return. Not an Irish B and B."

While a good location, there are issues that make the convience not worthwhile. The rooms were freezing cold and when I asked for heat, the owner said "maybe". Heat was turned on for a bit during the night, but awoke to freezing temps again. Bathroom sink so small that it was hard to even brush teeth. Breakfast was difficult because of the size of our party, but we could not choose the timeless for our continental breakfast, which was disappointing. The beds were terribly difficult to sleep in. Mattresses likely old and worn out. TV did not work. Finally, Owner was not the most friendly and did not make us feel welcome.

"Good for one night except its very cold"

B&B is centrally located, just a few minutes into the town centre. There are a few parking spots available.

It was really really cold and clammy in the room and in the breakfast room. Towels were a bit smelly and also really clammy.
