Perfect! We loved our stay in this accommodation. Everything was extremely clean in the room. The hosts were very nice and welcoming and gave us great recommendations. Thank you Chris and Mary, we hope to see you again. Breakfast was excellent!!!!

"Cosy room, great breakfast and host"

I loved my stay at the Rugged Glen. The room was extra cosy and spacious. Breakfast was sensational. The hosts are great and they gave us super tips to visit marvellous places we had no idea they existed. We did not have a car and the Walk from the village was really long and on a very busy road. If you go by car it should be no issue, but I would not recommend it if you don’t. However, Chris drove us for free on the day of our departure. The bathroom was not the most modern, but all was clear and functioning. There is also a fridge in the room.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming place for one night, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the couple who hosted us were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. The room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat for the night. In the morning, we had an amazing breakfast that exceeded all expectations—everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We left feeling refreshed and taken care of, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was perfect. Chris and Mary are very kind, giving us a lot of advices about Beara activities. Breakfast was amazing, completely handmade with genuine ingredients. The room was big, clean and so comfortable. Definitely best stay ever.
