"In Athlone for an indoor athletics meeting over a weekend and the accommodation was perfect for us."

A well maintained 1910 Irish country house. Comfortable bedroom and very cosy common living room with splendid open fire and the good company of house guests. Lovely breakfast room overlooking expansive farm grounds and a rising sun ( optional in Ireland! ). Substantial breakfast menu. Ample parking onsite and good restaurant ( Brownes in Tyrellspark ) within 15 minutes drive.

We LOVED the location! Such a beautiful and quiet farmhouse - with cute pigs! Declan & Bernie (homeowners) were so kind :). Enjoyed tea and cakes by the fire in the sitting room.

Honestly, we felt it was wonderful - nothing negative to say!

Set in beutiful location, the house and oops were extremely comfortable and warm.Declan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable providing helpful knowledge of the local area and an exceptional breakfast for our journey home.

Neat old, grand home. Lovely furnishings and very quiet location. Very nice hosts!

Because the home is about 250 years old, the water pressure in shower a bit low, but not a problem for us.
