"Off the beaten path and wonderfully quiet, except for the marvelous birdsong. Absolutely beautiful."

We were greeted like family and ushered into a charming room with wonderful high ceilings and all the modern conveniences in a very old fashioned setting. Our hosts offered tea, coffee, water, etc. We sat in the den by a fire for a little while before bedtime, and in the morning we went downstairs to a beautiful breakfast spread: a table with continental offerings and a personalized hot breakfast we had ordered the night before. Really wonderful hosting by lovely people.
