"yes, for the cost it’s good but with little improvements which won’t be expensive it can be much better"

Short walking distance to most of main attractions and the area is very quiet.

Room was clean but it is small and very hot if you don't take the AC option. Not all services listed were available like toilet paper or towel. We also take an agreement with the wife of the owner for an extra day, she gave us the ok but the morning after one hour before check out they ask us to leave the room because they had a booking already. They could have messaged us or even leave a note on the door but instead we had to pack our bags and go search for a new place last minute. It was not professional from their side. The area is full of guest houses so fortunately we didn't have a problem finding a new one. For the same price is possible to find a better option.

This is one of the best budget homestays near Fort Kochi Beach and the Water Metro station. You can easily explore and enjoy the area. I stayed here for 4 days, and everything was as per my expectations. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.
