The family in the accommodation that was given to us were very friendly and welcoming.

After letting them know twice when we would be arriving, we arrived at 2pm. The host wasn't there but his kids were on the phone to him and told us they have no rooms left. He told us to wait there and somebody would come pick us up in 10 minutes. Had he informed us we would be staying elsewhere, we could have just been dropped there instead. Somebody then arrived on a scooter to pick us up. There are two of us, each with a large backpack and a smaller one.

George and Juliette were wonderful! Arranged a great backwater tour for us. Really nice people. If we go through Kochi on our way to Bangalore, we will definitely stay there.

Well the main light remains on when you kill the switch, so i had to remove the bulb each nite. But not a problem, i didnt mind.
