The location was great albeit a bit noisy from traffic at times. The room and bathroom facilities were very modern and clean. We stayed in the larger room for three days and would have liked a set of drawers to put clothes in rather than living from our suitcase. Breakfast in the cafe was very enjoyable with enough choice. The staff who tended to work in both the cafe and tending the rooms were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again if we were in the area.

Central and spacious.

Lack of furniture in the bedroom and shower room. Floor was not clean, we carried dust into the bed. Although central, very noisy at night. We had old fashioned windows so little sound proofing. Worst of all was the noise coming from water, dripping from the roof, onto a skylight by the room door, making a loud drumming noise that woke us up in the middle of the night. Considering how expensive it was, I couldn't recommend.

Good location in the middle of Conwy. Room was lovely & breakfast excellent.
