Bungalow 157

My second stay at Bungalow 157 was every bit as delightful as the first. Set within a peaceful neighbourhood of defence colony and shades by a grand Bodhi tree, the property has a wonderfully warm and homely character. It is neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed, with a friendly and welcoming staff who make the experience even more pleasant. Staying here feels less like being at a hotel and more like being at home.

I didn’t expect for a property in Delhi to be this quaint and welcoming, but it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, the mattress super comfortable. I stayed here after a long and tiring trip, and this place was a perfect refuge. I’d love to stay here again.

Simple, bien ubicado, cómodo

Place had a nice enough vibe. Check in was fine, and helpful. It was in an odd location, though, so kind of hard to get to and from. Basic breakfast was acceptable.

Not a nice place to walk around and the nearby shops were very basic. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the nearby canal. Shower was only half-working.

Clean, quiet, huge bathroom. Home cooked breakfast was tasty. The staff was very helpful.

A bit pricey for the value. Light switches oddly configured.
