B&B Pletna a Double Lake-View Room

The location is a dream. The road is right in front of it so if you don’t like the sound of cars going by this might not be ideal for you but also directly across the street is the lake and the view of the island! Super stunning! And super clean, great people own it and work it. carma restaurant next door is fabulous. There are no negatives to staying here. I’d move in permanently if I could!

Everything. Clean, great linens, perfect bed, amazing sunsets right from the balcony, nice bathroom tho a tiny bit tight, and great owners.

We liked the property overall

What a fantastic view of the lake. Very central location not far from restaurants. A supermarker and bus station a minute walk away and a swimming spot into the lake in front of the apartment almost. Host was very nice and sweet and helpful also.

A great stay with beautiful views right from the balcony

Lake Bled is one of those places that looks exactly like the postcards—crystal-clear blue water, mountains all around, and beautiful views wherever you look. We stayed at B&B Pletna, a small family-run property about a 15-minute walk from the town centre and right across the road from the lake. The location is hard to beat. All rooms have balconies overlooking the lake, and the view is simply stunning, especially in the morning and evening. The room itself was compact but very thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property has only a handful of rooms, which gives it a quiet, cozy feel. Guests also have access to coffee-making facilities, books, board games, dishes, cutlery, an iron, and other useful amenities. Mojca and her husband were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. Since the family lives in the same building, help is never far away. Next door, other members of the family run a boat rental service as well as Restaurant Carmen, which has fantastic views over Lake Bled and is a lovely spot for a meal by the water. The lake is literally across the road, with easy access to the shoreline. You can sit on the grass and enjoy the scenery, or even go for a swim using the designated access points and steps into the water. What really makes this place special is the combination of the incredible lake views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warmth of the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The property is by the the best in Bled with the most amazing views. The hosts were so welcoming and really couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back xxxx
