The breakfast was outstanding and the location was very central

The bedroom was up 3 flights of stairs and the room was very basic and dated The ensuite was extremely small and it took over half an hour to get any hot water in the shower. The bedding and towels were tired it certainly didnt live up to a £100 a night with breakfast as extra

"Our Little Gem in Filey"

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Graham & Julia were great hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast option. Excellent location close to both train / bus stations, sea front, shops, restaurants and pubs. What more could one ask for.

"Great hosts made stay extra special!"

Breakfast was lovely. The friendliness of the hosts made the stay even more enjoyable. Parking was easy and free! Ideal situation for visiting Filey and its surrounds.

Power shower would have been good as shower was very weak but guess that was because we were at top of house. Nit picking here as really did not spoil our holiday.

"Perfect short break."

Excellent location, close to all local amenities. Hosts Graham and Julia are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made to order. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the tea tray was replenished daily.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
