Excellent location, great decor, friendly owners.

We enjoyed the large, tastefully furnished and comfortable apartment with separate bedroom and sitting area, with direct views over Via Garibaldi (buzzy pedestrian zone) - plenty of shops, cafes and dining options. It is in a central location in easy walking distance of many of the top historical and tourist sites. The breakfast basket delivered each morning included a generous selection of tasty foods. Emma and Elena were good communicators, friendly and most helpful. Will definitely stay again when visiting Turin.

The location in the center was very convenient. Near lots of shopping, restaurantes and tourist spots. The room style was retro but nice. A vintage elevator was very helpful.

A bit noisy at night with partygoers. The ability to arrive close by car was a challenge with being a restricted area, but there was a parking garage a few blocks away, but with luggage was a bit difficult.

It is centrally placed for restaurants and tourist events. The lift was a good option and the entrance was generally clean and easy to access. The bed and linen were good. The breakfast was excellent and well provided.

The shower room needs updated. Old fashioned shower, very small and the shower curtain and painted walls we're not very practical and a rare these days. Poor presentation! We should have been informed that you had to leave the building and enter another building to have breakfast. Just as well it wasn't raining. We felt that several listed items were not available, tv, bathrooms etc. We did think we had been given a lower rated room. The check in was a little erratic and the person meeting us keep changing. Overall a little disappointed.
