Very comfortable beds. An iron and ironing board always a plus. Stayed here several times and always happy to return

Warm welcome. Accepted luggage transfer and stored luggage safely for our arrival (we were walking Hadrian’s Wall and using a bag transfer co). Nice big bedroom on back of property on first floor. Good facilities in room.
