Laburnum Guest House at Bistro En Glaze

Fabulous location & rooms were a good size. Beds fabulously comfy , a lovely huge shower.

Absolutely nothing to complain about

Well situated for us and in a lovely village. Staff were excellent especially Joanna the host. Accommodation very clean and bed very comfortable. Had a lovely breakfast as well. Great atmosphere and when back in the area, will definitely sleep there again.

No heating on in the room on arrival in early February, came on later but not great 1st impression. The bistro was closed but we weren't informed beforehand, breakfast not available in house, but pleasant cafe and pub immediately over the road. Room could have been cleaner.

Room was excellent as was the breakfast. The member of staff preparing/serving breakfast was particularly helpful.

Dinner and breakfast were exceptionally good. Room was very comfortable.

Only down side was that the pub opposite had live music from 5pm. However the pub closed at 8pm so by the time we returned to our room after dinner, the noise had stopped.

Lovely Decor polite staff vey clean

As we travelled with dogs, the enclosed back garden was wonderful. We arrived early and so managed to park at the property.

The restaurant was closed despite our prior booking. We only found this out upon arriving despite having booked in to the guest house earlier. Luckily, the pub opposite did food.
