LOVED THE HORSES IN THE BACK YARD shower was only new good thing - but it had a black spider living there too

the overpowering stench of URINE EVERYWHERE - WAS SICKING

The place was dirty and smelly, with dog hairs even in the bed and dust everywhere. Room not cleaned teacups were dirty as well. Unfortunately, due to these conditions, I ended up with a sinus infection during my stay. I was eager to leave as soon as possible due to the discomfort caused by the lack of hygiene. Never again!!!

Everything was terrible

The breakfast was amazing! Hand cooked, hot and so tasty! The house is lovely and Primrose is obviously completely in love with it and her animals. She clearly is very keen to give everyone a good experience. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Struggling to find anything we didn’t like but maybe more towels - though I’m sure if we’d asked, Primrose would have happily supplied.

Honestly really happy that I left property without trying breakfast after nighmare night and stay.

Location is nice, very convinient, close to ariport if you use it but that is about it on the positive side. In the property you can find and hear bounch of dogs, all barking when only spot someone unknow. Not ideal when you offer a accomodation for guests. It felt unsafe numerous times during one night stay. Property alone is a cuntryhouse and you see, feel, and smell all that, not to mentioning dogs smell around whole place. Quickly, not changing a bed sheets or duvet must really save them a lot of money, spots hairs everywhere as you look. Very bad. This place should be closed immidiately.

location was not easy to find due to no signs , we did not even book in.

The stench of dogs permeated the whole property, there was no hanging or drawer facilities. Mugs and teaspoons needed washed. Bathroom (not ensuite) was very dirty with dog hairs, toothpaste etc. Hosts did not know we were coming met the gentleman on the lane who rang the hostess who said "oh how long are they staying , what do they want for breakfast?" while sitting in the car in the lane before we had even seen the room.. Constantly barking dogs, some indoors some outside. Not very welcoming. We had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. PS we are dog lovers
