"Could be a gem"

Lovely room, big comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Coffee making facilities. Free WiFi. Tv in room.

The smell upon arrival was off putting, all we could smell was manure, eventually our senses became accustomed to it, but an air freshner in the room would have helped.

"Absolute rip off!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!"

Absolutely nothing!! The most disgusting place I've set foot in, please don't ever stay here.This should never be on booking.com!!!! The smell of the place is beyond disgusting,the dogs are kept it rooms with all the furniture and carpet ripped the place is an absolute kip. I love dogs but my god the place 1000% isn't fit for bnb.We arrived and stood knocking the door for about 10 mins no answer,rang the owner she came out took us up to our rooms and I'd say never said 10 words! The toilet....🤢 wasn't cleaned in Months dirt up the inside of the bowl wtf like. Honestly please consider taking this off the bnb market!

"Comfortable Night with the other friendly (non human) guests"

Excellent host with a lively farm location, Many rescue dogs of all shapes and sizes there to greet you and it was refreshing to wake up and look out to the horses in the yard rather than a brick wall!

I did not mind the lack of wifi!

view on horses and shed was awful. shared bathroom horrible. everything reeked of urine. outside needs cleaning up
