Die Lage war gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker

Wir hatten keinen Schrank im Zimmer. Es gab keine Ablageflächen - nur zwei Stühle. Das Hotel hatte einen Hund, der draußen in einem kleinen Käfig - ohne Auslauf- gehalten wurde. Teilweise hatte er kein Wasser.

Die Unterkunft ist geschmacklich gut eingerichtet. Zweckmäßig ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Bett, Kissen waren bequem. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Direkt nebenan ist die Polizeiwache. Sicherheit ist gegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Jedentag gab es etwas anderes, selbst gebackenes. Liebevoll zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nichts. Avanos ist eine schöne Gegend. Ruhiger wie in Goereme. In avanos, in der naehe der Unterkunft gibt es einen schönen Park und alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

The room is very clean. The mattress was comfortable. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with a spread that includes homemade marmalade, eggplant jam, gozleme, borek, eggs, and fruit. And unlimited tea or coffee. Served in the garden. It’s really the highlight of our morning. Location is within a short walking distance to city center. It is also a short drive to watch the hot air balloons launch, which Cappadocia is known for.

Our room was on the upper floor so water pressure in the shower was not that great but it’s not a deal breaker for us because everything else was perfect.

- kein Lift/Aufzug, sie helfen aber beim Gepäcktragen - in meiner Zimmerkategorie war kein Kleiderschrank, sondern nur Garderobenständer, jedoch für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend.

The staff was very helpful.They arranged us rental car,shuttle.They were trying their best to help us during our stay also providing recommendations where to see and when to see.

The breakfast was weak.They brought things based on request.Which is a plus but once you are on vacation you’d like some things to be ready.Such as there was only one kind of juice.

Avanos is away from the more commercialised centres In Cappadocia and perfect for us. The accommodation has the pleasant Red River right at the doorstep. The old town centre is a 5min walk and the people are very friendly. The ambiance and location is perfect. The owners are very helpful. We are grateful that they arranged a Ballon Flight for us prior to our arrival. The extraordinary experience is a ‘must do’. We would highly recommend staying here.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like about this property.

This hotel is in a terrific location -a short, pleasant walk from the centre and close to the river. There is plenty of car parking available. The owners and personnel we interacted with were lovely, polite and caring. Each morning we were asked if we needed anything for our room - we did not, but at this point if you would like your room to be cleaned this is the time to ask for it. Breakfast was good too but could be improved with the inclusion of some fresh fruit. Our room was very comfortable - we really enjoyed being there. The shower was excellent - plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The central heating was managed well - our room was a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. We looked forward to returning to this room after each day of sightseeing.

I would suggest to the owners that they put room dimensions in the room specifications. This would help potential guests to assess room suitability more accurately. We travelled with friends who booked a room with a double and single bed - they usually sleep separately. The photographs of this room made it look bright, spacious and opulent. In reality the room was pleasant but smaller and darker than had been suggested in the photographs. They were extremely disappointed with the room and very upset, especially as we were spending 4nights here. In the end they opted to change rooms and share a double bed in a brighter room with a better aspect. All this upset could have been avoided if the room dimensions were made available before booking.
