New property and access to Avanos market….

Family rooms were not connected..

- Great, varied, home made breakfast fresh off the kitchen - Nice room décor - Warm rooms during the cold Cappadocia winter - Convenient parking - Very friendly owners and their cute dog Kekik

All was great. The only point of improvement is that the room got a bit too hot. But my gf loved it.

Loved how quiet it was in this area. The property is well designed and gives rural chic vibes. Very relaxing.

Very nice room, walk-in shower. Lovely garden area / orchard where breakfast was served. Tea & coffee available in room. Walking distance to centre of town, river and park (wobbly bridge), restaurants etc, grocery shop nearby and ceramics.

I'm not a big cat fan, and there were a few roaming freely at the property. Need to be aware not all mini vans can or will get down the narrow streets to hotel but its only a couple of minutes walk to the main road.

Beautifully furnished and decorated room with lots of light and garden view. Lovely service personnel that helped us with every question. Homemade Turkish breakfast with lots of different things for every taste, served in the garden.

A lovely cosy and peaceful hotel with smiley, kind and helpful staff. The room was perfect and the breakfasts on the terrace were super tasty. A short walk from the cafes, restaurants and shops of relaxed Avanos - and a short bus ride from the much busier and touristy Goreme. A great base to explore the wonders of Kapadokya.
