Le Petit Matin

De locatie, het warme welkom, de mooie kamer en het extra stukje home made apricot crumble tijdens het voortreffelijke ontbijt zorgde ervoor dat wij ons écht gast voelden.

Le Petit Matin was better than expected. Everywhere you look on the property there is a finely curated detail. The rooms are lovely with a mix of modern conveniences and antiques. Our room chandelier was spectacular. We appreciated the modern and pristine bathroom. Breakfast was a delight, so many options to fill your belly, even the pickiest eater could fill their plate. The host brought out a wonderful summer fruit cake that finished the meal as we headed out for the day. Wish we had planned to stay another night here, it was lovely and restful. The location was superb, next to the part which was the original location of the wooden chateau, long gone, but you could feel the royal energy.

Historic townhouse in a fabulous location. 5 mins walk into center of Bayeaux or a short drive from World War ll memorials and beaches. Huge bedroom, large shuttered windows overlooking a pretty town garden square. Warm hospitality and superb breakfast. We will return

Location was good, shower good, breakfast good, room good. could not fault anything. Pascal very friendly .

Nothing to dislike

First off, Pascal made our stay at his beautiful Bed and Breakfast so enjoyable with the warmness that he showed each and every day…what a genuinely nice gentleman Pascal is. His warmth matched the warmth of this beautiful house. Breakfast every morning was wonderful and so very very tasty. Rooms were immaculate and cozy. I would highly recommend Le Petit Matin to everyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Bayeux. And a final thank you to Pascal for his thoughtful D Day gift to me before we left. The wonderful gesture will be displayed in my office and every time I gaze upon it I will think of the thoughtful Pascal and his extraordinary home Le Petit Matin In Bayeux. Thank you Pascal.

If you’re looking to stay anywhere near Bayeau or just want somewhere nice to stay in Northern France. Stay here. It truly is wonderful. Le Petit Matin is spotlessly clean with quaint rooms, comfortable beds ,fantastic garden. The staff and owners are really helpful and just nice people.
