Very good location, no noise

The place was so bad we could not use it we had to find an alternative accommodation. I called the owner and requested to be refunded, and he referred me to Booking.com

I regret booking this place it does not meet any requirements I don't know how they got the license?

The staff was not welcoming. I was made to wait at the lobby for long whiles they were trying to confirm my bookings with the owner that was not on the premises. I book one more night, when I returned my room was not cleaned they refused to put me in a different room until I requested my money back only then they changed me into another room that was also not well cleaned. Calling the property owner was a waste of time they did not pick up.

There were cockroaches in the room. The room had a bad smell.
