Just that it was a good location

Well 1st we couldn't get a gate remote. Because it didn't work. We had to walk through there private kitchen to get to our room. Got to the room. No water no coffee sugar milk no cups spoons. Just a kettle. No towels or anything in the bathroom. The bedside lamp didn't work on my side. The bath was horrible. So we promted to shower instead. Shower in the bathtub. The shower head rail kept on falling off. And when we got home. I had bed bug bites. The room looked not bad. So that's why we stayed. It was only sleeping. But will never go back there. Pics also not as it looks.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The cupboards were falling. The pool was green. The pool area was untidy. The reception was smelling so bad.

Not Impressed

The bed was finished, there's no hot water and blankets are dirty. Pool is also dirty and wifi is unstable.

The staff had poor customer service didn’t clean our room we told they will clean once we leave,the pool was dirty our sheets were never changed during our stay.
