No hot water for shower, no tv in room

We arrived first issue couldn’t watch tv as was no remote control msg and was ignored there was dirty washing in machine dirty dishes in dishwasher sitting room was covered in ants and bathroom had bugs and dirt in the bath and behind toilet seat was dirty would not recommend to anyone

No key to entrance door, could not gain access

Location, spacious, warm Kitchen and Bathroom & carpets, towels, linen were spotlessly clean.

Loads of dust under beds and around windows. Lack of kitchen utensils Hot water didn’t work in main bathroom Check in 6pm then check out 9am would have liked to have had more time considering the price is more expensive or the same as hotels locally.

Didn’t stay Place was dirty Mattress chucked outside house Wouldn’t refund even though we didn’t stay Booking.com wouldn’t help Check in and check out times false

location was great christmas lights was a awesome festive touch

It was close to train station

It was not clean enough. There were dirt around in the beddings and towel No toiletries provided Heating was off and there was no clear instructions; had to figure it out ourself
