The Dog House, Penryn

There was no breakfast as the property is currently only doing bed only, but everything else was fantastic. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the owners were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make my stay a great one.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and offered a lift to and from the station. The guest house is in a very central location and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay there again if I'm travelling in the area again :)

The hosts at the Dog house were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast choices were brilliant. And delicious.

Nothing to dislike It was a wonderful place to stay

I liked the comfort and facilities of my room. A lot of thought and care has gone into the rooms and what each provides, but as well as being practical, everything in the rooms and the dining room was incredibly tasteful and a joy to be around. Bruce and Rosemary were extremely friendly and attentive over the delicious breakfast. I opted for cooked, but there was so much choice available. Thoroughly recommended.

The owners of this B&B are lovely and so accommodating! I had a wonderful stay and would return for sure. I didn't have much time for breakfast, but a full hot breakfast was available upon request. The location is great for events at the University, a short walk up the hill to the University of Falmouth - Penryn camps. Penryn is cute. Busses make it easy to get around. The owners helped me out when I missed my train and had to arrive at the train station very early in the morning. They picked me up and dropped me off, this was a HUGE help and I very much appreciated it! They were lovely, everything was lovely. :)
