Exceptionally well appointed. Quiet location, ideally located to explore local area. Fantastic breakfast! Lovely freshly made scones for afternoon tea when we arrived.

"Lovely place to stay, friendly and homely!"

The breakfast was excellent and we were given a gorgeous cream tea to take with us when we left. Martin and Cathy were very friendly and house was gorgeous and clean. Pub nearby and a short walk down the hill to Mousehole

The only thing was that maybe there could be a blind on the skylight (there may have been one but we didn't spot it!! Nothing else, it was perfect!!

Welcoming friendly hosts, light and airy room, comfortable bed, good shower, quiet location. Great cream tea with freshly baked scones, good breakfast. Really lovely stay, would love to return.
