L'insonorisation. De plus, j'ai fais un message whatsapp avant mon arrivé pour une place de parking et précisant le modèle de mon véhicule, on m'a répondu...on verra à votre arrivée. A mon arrivée, on m a directement dit non, juste en précisant le modèle de la voiture. Une honte! Petit déjeuné diversifié et parking extérieur avec caméra très proche de l'hôtel.

The main advantage of this room is the location right on the sea front with superb views over the harbour for sunsets. The location is on the front wall of the roman palace which is pretty cool, so easy access to the old town all just a few minutes walk. There is a brand new shower system installed though with rain shower, etc and air con. Very comfy bed. They allowed me to store my luggage in their office in old town after I had to check out at 10am.

The room is accessed by a very grubby entrance lobby and up 92 steps. Anyone with any sort of mobility issues wouldn't make it up there! They have to meet you there to gain access. The position on the sea front Riva means there is noise from bars and restaurants below so you can't have the window open, but there is air con. The bathroom was very small and shower tray dirty. This is not a hotel, but a room in a building. Very early check out (10am). The price for the night was far too high given all of this, not good value for money.

Location and views are incredible, they are the main positive features. Also it was very clean and the Aircon was good.

'luxury' is a special sort of exaggeration here. It's just fine. Here's why: Soooooo many stairs and no elevator. Grotty stairwell with people smoking in it (smell comes into room). Low quality toiletries (only a body wash/shampoo). No change of towels or bin empty (3 night stay). No extra features such as an iron available. No luggage stand. Lighting in bathroom is poor and far from luxury. General decor/vibe was far from luxury.

The location is perfect, right in the centre, very close walk or taxi to the beach, market and restaurants.

They don’t tell you that there are a lot of stairs going up to the room which can be hard in the heat or luggage. They also didn’t provide us with towel change or bin change. However the host was apologetic about the towels as it was not their fault.
