Rafael was an absolute peach. He couldn't have been more helpful. 11 out of 10 for him. The location is fantastic.

The television wasn't in great shape. I had to rewire the aerial cabling myself. There was no satellite tv which didn't bother me and the hot water didn't work due to a suspected air bubble in the system which also didn't bother me because having a coldish shower given the heat was exactly what I needed.

Location is unbeatable.

The sensors on the stairs are delayed.

The place is rather small, service was lacking, they did not manage well the check out as the cleaning staff was at my door earlier than indicated.

Clean, good air con, fridge, lovely views and comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and help with the cases up the multiple flights of stairs on check in.

95 steep steps to get to the room. It’s a lot after a day of walking 15K+ steps at 35 degrees. The multiple flights of stairs meant that we couldn’t just nip back to the room for anything, didn’t want to get changed and go out again for dinner, very difficult with two cases when leaving. Be aware that there are noisy bars/clubs underneath until the early hours every day - the music and laughter when people are eating is fine but then it turns into loud bass. There is also a very noisy neighbour downstairs who loudly repairs boat engine parts in the stairwell until 11pm and again from 8am - clanging a hammer on metal repeatedly. Nice apartment but the steps were more of an issue than I anticipated and the noise impacted on the quality of our sleep and our stay.

The best location! It’s just a few minutes walk from everything. The room is very clean and cozy with an amazing view from the window! Very beautiful place!

There is no elevator, but you cannot expect elevator in the building that was built 1700 years ago. The host was super nice and brought my luggage to the room! Also, wi-fi didn’t work well all the time. Apart from that everything was very good. Recommended to choose this place for your stay.

Location and view

We did not expect 93 stone steps to climb upto the room . It was not highlighted when booking. Also the early checkout at 10

Hi we stayd there couple of nights... location is good- just on the center of Split old down. Everything is walking distance. View is beutifule. I did not know you need to walk like 10 floor up and the room was so little. Maybe it is just in my head but i will choose hotel any time now. And the price was like through the roof.

I arrived to the building and met the rep. He said let me check the room and I will be back in a few minutes. He came back and gave me the key. We went upstairs and turned on the A/C (not sure why the rep did not turn it on when he was checking the room). We waited 45 minutes and the air coming from the unit was warm. I contacted the rep and he told me that he had to take the bus and it would be 45 minutes to arrive. I told him that I did not want to be looking for a room at 9:00 at night. This is a city that I had never been to and I did not want to start looking for a hotel that late. I contacted them later and the REFUSED to make any adjustment. I had to pay for another room that night.
