Das Bett war in einem gewöhnungsbedürftigem Zustand. Sollte zeitnah getauscht werden ( Matratze)

Location was really good. Host was very nice. He had also water bottles available for the stay and some cookies for the morning prepared.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty, the toilet was also not cleaned. Shower doors broken. I don't think the bathroom was properly cleaned for some time. Room as well We were there with kids, and it was really not nice. Dust was not whipped from furniture also for some time. Maybe the only thing which was prepared properly were bed sheets and towels. I would not recommend this to anyone, I am sorry. No mosquito nets were on the windows, so the whole night we were fighting against mosquitoes. And closed windows was not an option since there was no air conditioning.

"Struttura Liberty dal potenziale inespresso"

Accoglienza , simpatia e disponibilità del proprietario

L'odore di fumo di sigarette impregnava ogni ambiente già dall'ingresso. La stanza era molto piccola: il tappetino sotto il televisore appariva polveroso e macchiato, e anche la coperta del letto emanava odore di fumo. Basterebbe uno spray deodorante per migliorare notevolmente l'esperienza. La colazione è praticamente inesistente: solo brioche preconfezionate e caffè in cialde, offerte per cortesia. L'unica nota positiva è l'acqua minerale in bottiglia gratuita. Peccato, perché la struttura è di per sé graziosa, in stile Liberty, e meriterebbe maggiore cura e attenzione alla pulizia.

I loved the place, charming old villa with plenty of character. The host was super friendly too.

No bars in the area but a nice pizza restaurant just next door.
