The quality of furnishings. Fantastic bed and linen. Friendly staff.

Being woken up way too early on both mornings. People talking at normal volume at 6.30am and struggling with door keys is not a good start to a holiday.

"Really lovely B and B, great location."

Such a great find. Located up a lane, away from the road, you could hear a pin drop in the night. Beautifully built, very comfortable rooms, bed was great. Lovely shower room. Staff were so friendly and breakfast fantastic. We were there to visit family in Yarm, Thornaby and Middlesbrough so this was a perfect location for us. Just a short drive into the moors too. We would highly recommend.
