"Lovely stay near Yarm on business"

Staff were lovely, very friendly, room was great. Advised them on booking I needed a Gluten free breakfast and they had organised everything which was very thoughtful. Would recommend and stay again

This was a really lovely place to stay, staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was memorable. As we were visiting Yarm, it was a little bit out of the way, but not too far to spoil it.

Nothing not to like.
