What was not too like ...soooo comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble ...sorry guys we will be back ..that breakfast selection was STUNNING 😍. Set us up perfectly for a very long day after a beautifully comfortable night's sleep. Oh yes it made me ridiculously happy to find decent size cups for drinks in our room (with a great assortment of treats aswell) bonus star 🌟

Value for money nothe best £115 paid for very small room indeed. Could have went to a better class hotel For that price. However breakfast was excellent. Won't use again.

"A comfortable haven, great for visiting Yarm, Teesside, and the North York Moors."

The hotel was ideal for our requirements, and was well appointed.

Initially, it was a little difficult to locate the property, but after we found it, I noted that the owners had already texted me to advise me of the roadworks etc that were on the go in the vicinity.
